    Do not use Mac Real Estate for property management. More trouble than help. Favours the tenant. Low standards. The contractors for repairs and cleaning are terrible. Had to get cleaning and yardwork done twice before going out to my property and doing it myself (and still having to pay for the services). All this led to 8 weeks without rent between tenants. Switched to a legitimate professional company and the house was ready and tenanted within 2 weeks.
